Do agates contain beryllium if so what percentage, and kyanites - do they contain beryllium?

Agates are silicon dioxide. A micocrystalline form of it. There are trace elements in many minerals and percentages are independent.

Correct. Both agate and kyanite do not contain beryllium in their chemical formula.
