Please can you help identify this heavy mineral

it is between 3 and four inches from bottom to topmost point. Weight 640g and is quite soft.

Do you have a photo you can post? We are pretty good. But even we cannot identify your mineral without some info. Where did you find your mineral? What color is it? Were there numerous specimens? Is it magnetic? Most of all, a picture. The other info gives us some context.

I found this green and white rock near the copper mines of the Keweenaw Peninsula outside of Houghton, Michigan. It is very heavy for its size, it is soft and non-magnetic. There were hundreds of rocks like it around? (Photo). Much better chance of identification than Rock, 3-4 inches long, 640 grams, soft. Please post your picture and some additional info.
