Is black Tourmaline found with Prehnite or is it always Babingtonite?

Your question is worded a bit vague. I have never seen prehnite occuring with black tourmaline. Generally they form in different environments, but I suppose it would be possible for there to be an overlap in certain circumstances. However, babingtonite and prehnite often do occur together in igneous basalt and diabase occurrences.
