Reza, this looks like a concretion. Rocks that form up with sand and mud then harden from pressures and other factors. This one has a harder substance that is being revealed while the softer matrix wears away. Cool rock.

I didn't see the composition you listed, you say 85 percent carbon, Titanium, chromium, iron, oxygen and silicon. I am going to look for similar compositions.
