what is this crystal called,i think my mother called it a Mothers tear or Childs tear?

she said it was rare, its colorless,compleatly clear/flawless, natural not man made. somewhat like herkamer (i know that spelling is not right lol )diamonds

Hyalite? It seems to fit your description & it is natural but rounded unlike Herkimer diamond.  Hyalite's a form of opal with a clear, globular appearance. It can look like raised shining bubbles or tears. If hyalite is put under UV light, it fluoresces green.
