I have a stone very similar found in South Yorkshire in England

It's the same shape very pale yellow. Nothing scratches it.but it scratches glass .shine a tourch through it and it glows a bit. No clear bit's. It's very smooth. It's like a frosted glass. Not found another. Found it in a sand quarry. What is it please.
