Can you please elaborate on your question? All rocks and minerals differ from others in one way or another, so not sure precisely what you are looking for with your question. If you are asking what makes magentite unique among all other minerals in terms of a specific property, indeed magnetite is the only mineral that has an independently magnetic variety (known as lodestone), which no other mineral shares.
