What is this? Found in my backyard

Since I was little I saw a 'cave' full of this 'gemstones' in my backyard, and now I want to know about them.

The photo doesn't show the full beauty but is really shiny and delicate. Any answers will be great! Thanks!

The Northern Coast of Puerto Rico. It's brownish and very faceted. It's just too beautiful, probably very common but I'm not quite sure-
