Do quartz have these type of fractures and surface textures?

the third pic is the diamond pic downloaded online and pls check the fracture of that one and the second specimen they both looks similar. Do you think these types of fractures appears on quartz too?

Conchoidal fractures are present in all the silicates. So yes they appear in the quartzes just like in all the rest, agates, flint, chert, chalcedony...

The second pic is not conchoidal fracture, they are curved growth lines with trigons on it when looked with loupe.
