I had an XRD crystalline silica analysis done on three separate materials.

The results came back 9%,15.6%, and 25.4% alpha-quartz each material respectively. Is it safe to assume these are different materials? Can you provide a basis for your answer?

I would say, yes, they are different materials. While minerals and crystals may have different properties, the silica analysis came up with different percentages. If it was only 5% or so between each one, I wouldn't be so sure, but it is far enough apart to come to the conclusion that they are different.
