I don't understand the question. Agates are valued but historically significant is a strange way to word value.

Agates are fairly common, and don't have the same rarity to historically important pieces the same way there are historically important rare gemstones like emerald, diamond, etc. It could be there are some very well-known pieces in some collection known for some sort of rarity, but I am not aware of any such agate.
