Is this the same piece? Can you please provide some background information of where it came from?

3 different pieces here,1st one came from field drainage ditch in northern iowa,2nd and 3rd came from an iowa cornfield,,1st piece has sea shells embedded in it..
Thanks. Hard to tell what it is from the pictures. Most of Iowa is sedimentary rock such as limestone - that could explain the shell fossil, but the other two look more metamorphic. The last one like a bit like jade, but that doesn't come from your area. Did you slice the last piece?
