Can somebody identify the names of these stones?

0 votes

I found them in my backyard scattered in different places a couple of years ago I'd say about around 1 foot deep. I have large pickle jar full of stones that I would say are pretty common, but these 3 stuck out the most and are different than the others. Can somebody identify them for me? I live in central NJ if that helps. Thanks!

PS- just a side not for the first one: I own a clear quartz and rose quartz crystal and the feel and hardness of those are a little different than the crystal in the first picture. This one kind of feels lighter/less dense and maybe a tad bit softer too. Definitely not as hard as quartz.

I would hazard a guess the third one is jasper.

First one looks like it could be either a rough piece of aquamarine, or perhaps even more likely glass. Central Jersey has few mineral occurrences so it's likely these were not placed here naturally.
