Could this be Kingman turquoise with white Quartz inclusions?

0 votes

received this rough 5 years ago and labeled as high grade dark green Kingman turquoise. Upon cutting it and inspecting it, it appears to be stabilized. When cut & polished, it is showing white Quartz like inclusions with some black matrix. I bough it as a nugget of 295ct. It takes a polish really well. Haven't seen this color  with Large Quartz like inclusions (white spots in photo) from Kingman. Don't know if it's because color is not the preferred Robin egg blue and these type of nuggets end up in gravel pits or if this is a rare occurrence or if this could be another mineral like variscite. Please help to identify. I'm a jeweler but not a gemologist.
