Yes that is a cut and polished geode. The gray part is most likely chalcedony. The white banding is agate. The white crystals are most likely quartz crystals. The husk could be anything, I cannot identify it from the little bit of rock she'll showing. From the outside in, husk, chalcedony, agate, quartz crystals.
