Found this Amber rock (12-15Lbs) on the beach in NJ,USA. It broke into seval pieces. Any idea on what it would be worth?

Not sure why you think this is amber. Take a small piece to the nearest rock and mineral shop. Local samples should be readily identified. Certainly, we would be better able to assist you with a better photo, more well lit and closer.

Agreed, this certainly doesn't look like amber but rather like some sort of glassy material, perhaps obsidian, judging by its amorphous shape, conchoidal fracture, and vitreous luster. It could be slag dumped on the beach, and it could be obsidian that someone placed there. Highly unlikely for it to be natural obsidian though as the Jersey shore is not a known locality for such material.
