Can someone help me identify these two rocks or minerals?

I found this rock laying in my yard right on top of the ground in Central NC. I dug down maybe ten to twelve inches and found a smaller more colorful rock.  The large rock is made up of many small round pebbles surrounded with this bright almost neon sea green material. It looks like wet modeling clay but is very hard. It seems to go all the way through the rock. We cut a piece off to see inside and also my husband thinks it is green paint and someone made it...LOL. The green substance is highly flammable. We tried it. The smaller rock is red, dark dark blue almost black, light turquoise blue and there was a speck of yellow and a speck of green. It seems to be fading a little in color but still very beautiufl. I cannot identify this green substance. I have decided it may be moolooite or more possibly chrysocolla and malachite maybe. Anyone know  I would love to. Sorry wish my pics were better but I am having to use this tablet camera and they are just not as good as camera pics. Thanks
