Luckily I know what A Chinese Writing Stone- that's my third for collection. I simply love them!

I feel like I am imposing way too much on your generosity- I have been bumbling around for months but now I have have the tools I need to at least get organized and go from there- you a wizard! You will never know how much I appreciate you- I was just about to give up, pack them away and garage them. You saved my stones! I will cut back on all my "helps" and stand  (wobble) on my own 2 legs!

I'll work on these last three. Really the pink and red stones do not look like fordite. I am starting there. That was a really nice stone.

Yes, those are keepers- can I send you a web link of all the agates (banded) thin slices- it would be easier I think for you to be able to view at your leisure- I have some pretty wild ones. Lot's of reds, blacks in free form banding (if there is such a thing. I will number them so you can just say #5 definitely agate- nice stone or #6 isn't even a stone, fool. Please don't go out of your way on the last 3- you do too much for me as it is. I have errands tomorrow- Post Office etc. so I won't be in obsessing over my stones. I have 43lbs of fusible Glass that I either need to start making fused glass for wire wrapping, stained glass or whatever. Wish me luck- I will track you down as soon as I can!

If you are open to selling some agate slices, I want to make a small window ornament by putting them together like a church window, stained glass. I certainly understand you keeping them, too.
Also, possibilities for your red stone, rhodonite and rhodochrosite, red quartz I think is out.
Chinese writing stone is actually polished porphyry, spelling is wrong maybe, all over the UP here.
I feel the other white stones are chalcedony, the colorful inclusions could be gold or copper. I could be way off. But that's a start. Always welcome to post or pm. You can send a web link , too, via PM.
