i have chrysocolla gem but it look like still raw, how to make this gem more fast crystallized?

A lapidary would best be able to assist you. Some jeweler's also do this type of work.

That doesn't look at all like chrysocolla. Chrysocolla is a opaque while your stone is transparent, and chrysocolla is also more blue in color.
