please Identify this rock please description bellow

I have 5 tennis ball sized rocks colors from lavander,and  dark to light blue is layered from Lavander/ dark blue then  seafoam green then the third layer goes  the light blues what is it ? it also has spec's of white in some spots a few small brown spots not a lot  is opaque and  has a glossy sheen

Can you scratch it without effort with a pocketknife? Are the layers uniform in width or do they differ in size. Where was the specimen found, on a beach in Monterrey, California? In a quarry in Duluth, Minnesota? All information is relevant...
