It does not look natural. Are you backlighting it? Where did it originate? Please provide some information.

This is a fragment of pyrite or marcasite under flashlight, isn't it?

Can't be. Pyrite and marcasite are fully opaque and will not show any lighting under a backlight. These don't have any vague resemblance to pyrite or marcasite whatsoever.
