i need help identifying some rocks

i found this rock it looks like turquoise or jade when cut and polished, but i am not sure what type of stone it is can some one help me identify it.

Can you tell us anything about where you found the rock or if you purchased it what information the dealer gave you about it. A simple statement like this was found in the desert of New Mexico or found in my backyard in West Virginia. The color isn't right for either Jade or Turquoise. But, it is closer in the second picture to jade/ nephrite.

it was found here in Utah, it does have a greenish color
