Skeletal Smoky Quartz from Ohio

Digging through old Indian Debitage I find this!Guessing that this isn't a common thing to find in Ohio????

Definitely inclusions, though going to be difficult to tell by just visualization. Goethite is definitely a possibility. Tourmaline and epidote are both also a possibility, though i did express the unlikliness of this coming from Ohio, though its not impossible.

May buy a digital microscope to aid in the identification process.... This should help right?
