Could be chrysocolla but I am not sure

Chrysocolla or turquoise.

The parts of the stone I can see that are clean are a very very vibrant blue. It seems it might be a bit more blue that turquoise should be.

Google pictures and compare.

Do you have a mineralshop nearby? Or a shop where they sell stones, incense, you know?

Try asking their opinion. Or if possible attend a mineral expo and take the stones along.
