Help needed to identify black/peacock mineral please

0 votes

I hope someone can help me please. I saw this beautiful mineral as a display piece in a gift shop, the owner kindly let me take a photo & said she thought it was fluorite but wasn't sure. I can't find anything like it on the internet :0(. It's black with reflective blues & greens like peacock or petrol colours on.

Thanks for reading & hoping someone can identify it - thanks!

It looks like a synthetic possibly glass material. It does not look to be fluorite.
