I was wondering if the Gypsum Crystal called Selenite is used for Any type of jewelry. And/or if it has much of a dollar value. I have A nice large Selenite Crystal about 17inchs by 9inchs. Its very transparent And comes from the northern Nevada region.

Selenite is too soft to be used for jewelry. With a hardness of only 2, it can be scratched by even a fingernail. There are selenite ornaments used as candle holders, but that's pretty much it in terms of ornamental usage. Being a fairly abundant mineral, only exotically crystallized specimens, including the giant wands from Mexico, really have value to them.
