do you think this could be platinum?

I was wondering what everyone's opinion was. It did bubble in hydrogen peroxide. And it was easy to scratchand was approximately 3 .3 grams. And it was found in Michigan. If it is platinum, what is it worth?

Definitely has the look of a waterworn platinum nugget. Though Michigan is not a locality known for platinum nuggets. Definitely run some tests on it (especially specific gravity - platinum is extremely heavy). If its indeed platinum, congratulations - and make sure to look for some more in the area you found it in.

Ok. Did you find it? If yes, definitely document the location and look for more. Platinum is quite valuable!
